We step in 6–8 weeks before your big day to tie all the pieces together, offer expert advice, and coordinate every detail of the ceremony and reception so you can relax and truly enjoy your celebration.

While it’s called “Day Of” Coordination, a successful wedding day begins with thoughtful preparation. That’s why our service starts weeks in advance. I’ll connect with your vendors, and create a detailed timeline to make sure everything flows effortlessly.

This service is for the couple who needs assistance with booking the very best wedding vendors and resources to bring their dream wedding to life. I’ll handle 99% of the vendor communication, calls, emails and day of coordination. You’ll make the final decisions, sign all contracts, and make payments directly to your vendors, while I guide and support you every step of the way.

I’ll also be your voice when it comes to navigating any tough decisions that may arise during the planning process or on the big day. My commitment is always to do what’s best for you and your family.
